RETURN & REFUND POLICY
What’s your return policy?
We’re confident you’ll love the products we carry, so we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We happily accept returns of undamaged and unworn items sent back to us within 30 days from the date when you received the products ordered.
To start the returns process, please contact us at info@bunnito.com. Please include in your email:
- Your order number
- Full name of the person who ordered the item(s)
- Name of the item you want to return
- Reason of return
And we’ll provide instructions on how to return the products back to us.
*Please note that all items on Sale are Final Sales and cannot be returned.
*Please not that we will refund you in form of store credit.
How will my refund be handled?
Once the item has been return to us and inspected we will notify you if it has been approved and we will refund you within 5 business day.
*Please send your return to us using a trackable mailing method (UPS, FedEx, Australian post etc.). Please note that we are not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used!
**Please note, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for any orders.
***Please note that we provide personal sizing chart for every single clothing item. We do not accept products if clothing do not fit. Measurements can have 1-3cm difference.
****Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur.
Can I still make changes to my order?
We are happy to help you with any wishes you may have. Please contact us at info@bunnito.com if you need to make a change to your order. If the item hasn't been shipped yet it shouldn't be a problem to make any changes. Once the product has shipped we might not be able to make any changes, but you may return or exchange your order once you receive it.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order anytime before your order has been shipped out to you. To do so please message us at: info@bunnito.com
